Position: Day Technician (Mechanical Biased)
Location: City of London
Salary: Up to 46,500 + Bonus

About the Role:
Are you a skilled Mechanical Engineer looking for a new challenge? Join an established Client Side company and take your career to the next level!

We are seeking a qualified Mechanical Engineer with a strong background in mechanical systems and a proven track record in maintaining and ensuring the compliance of mechanical systems in commercial environments. This role involves carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance on mechanical systems for a high-end corporate site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • PPM's and Reactive works
  • HVAC Maintenance
  • AHU's & FCU's
  • Plumbing maintenance
  • Update contract managers with relevant client or site information
  • Updating site log books
  • Provide further works reports where required
  • Completing all works to a high standard
  • Ensure method statements and risk assessments are prepared and used for all tasks
  • General Building maintenance electrical or mechanical

Package & Benefits:
Competitive basic salary of up to 46,500
2500 bonus guaranteed on top

Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm
Large training budget & extensive amounts of overtime

Requirements:
Relevant mechanical qualifications (e.g., City & Guilds or similar)
4+ years of experience in mechanical maintenance
Proven track record in commercial water treatment
Strong knowledge of pumps, AHUs/FCUs, and boilers
Excellent communication skills and client-facing experience
