Job description

Store - PHI-WARRINGTON, PA

Overview

Establish relationships with customers while creating memorable framing solutions for their artwork. Assist customers shopping in-store and be able to find what they are looking for. Maintain a safe, clean, and clutter-free environment.

Main Activities

  1. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and company programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements, and to implement company policies and standards.
  2. Take ownership of creating custom designs using the ABC Delivery model to build relationships and deliver tailored framing solutions, aiming to meet sales and production targets.
  3. Take high-quality framing orders and deliver them on time.
  4. Maintain the ready-made frames section and other designated areas through proper stock management and replenishment.
  5. Provide courteous customer service, assist shoppers in finding products, ensure proper presentation of merchandise, and facilitate easy shopping experiences.
  6. Adhere to SOPs and company programs consistently.
  7. Support loss prevention and safety programs.
  8. Interact respectfully with others, stay positive even in challenging situations, promote the company's vision and values, and serve as a positive role model.
  9. Participate in unloading trucks and storing merchandise to ensure delivery standards and budget adherence.
  10. Operate the cash register and handle money according to standards.
  11. Greet customers, assist in product selection, and offer solutions.
  12. Assist with omnichannel processes.

Additional Tasks

Minimum Experience Requirements

  • Basic computer skills and measuring skills
  • Ability to operate framing equipment and glass cutter

Preferred Experience

  • Retail experience
  • Experience selling products and/or services to customers

Physical Requirements

  • Bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching regularly
  • Ability to move throughout the store
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Lifting heavy boxes and frames; accessing high shelves using ladders or similar equipment
  • If assistance is needed to perform these functions, contact a supervisor for accommodations

Work Environment

  • Customer-facing retail environment; climate-controlled public areas; some non-climate-controlled stock rooms; outdoor work for tasks like retrieving carts or unloading trucks; frame shop with glass cutter and heat press; work hours include nights, weekends, and early mornings
