This is an exciting opportunity to work in a development based in Kensington where you will have responsibility for delivering the highest levels of customer experience and service to all residents, guests, contractors, and clients.

As Day Concierge & Valet your duties will include:

1. Meet and greet the residents and answer enquiries by telephone or from callers to the desk.
2. Assist the residents, guests, and visitors when required.
3. Ensure effective security of residents and the building at all times, including manning CCTV and aiding the smooth running of car parking facilities.
4. Be courteous and helpful to residents, guests, suppliers, tradesmen, and the general public.
5. Communicate with leaseholders and managing agents in an attentive and personable manner.
6. Manage and delegate tasks to the on-site team.
7. Carry out regular patrols of the entire building and report any faults or security breaches to the Building Manager.
8. Ensure correct reporting of security, Health & Safety issues, incidents, and complaints, and take appropriate action in emergencies.
9. Issue keys only to authorized personnel/residents, recording sign-in and sign-out details.
10. Handle all deliveries at the main reception, including receiving, safekeeping, and issuing parcels/registered mail with proper records, and notify residents of deliveries for collection.

Are you who we are looking for?

1. Must have a valid driving license.
2. Previous experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a similar role.
3. Experience providing excellent customer service.
4. Awareness of fire, health & safety, and security protocols.
5. Effective communication skills with colleagues, residents, and guests.
6. High attention to detail.
