Qualifications

  • Experience as a concierge is a plus, but a strong customer service or security background is equally valued.
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • Health & safety qualifications are advantageous but not essential.
  • A positive, can-do attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to handle responsibilities with care.

Responsibilities

  • Greet residents and visitors warmly, making them feel at home.
  • Address issues promptly, from maintenance to emergencies, and escalate concerns as needed.
  • Conduct regular site walk-arounds, check IDs, and monitor CCTV to maintain building safety.
  • Handle and record deliveries for residents, ensuring smooth communication and pick up.
  • Keep the concierge area and lobby looking presentable.
  • Look out for H&S hazards on site patrol, assist with fire alarm, emergency lighting, and smoke vent testing.
  • Offer advice and recommendations about the local area to enhance residents’ experience.

If you’re committed to maintaining high standards and resolving issues efficiently, this role is perfect for you.

  • Location: London, EC1V - Please ensure you live within a 45/60 minute commute from the site.
  • Annual Salary:£30,900
  • Hours/Working Pattern: 7am-7pm, 4 on 4 off
What You'll Be Doing:
  • Welcome and Assist: Greet residents and visitors warmly, making them feel at home. Handle queries and assist with maintenance requests.
  • Problem-Solving: Address issues promptly, from maintenance to emergencies, and escalate concerns as needed.
  • Security: Conduct regular site walk-arounds, check IDs, and monitor CCTV to maintain building safety.
