Designed for the lifeblood of the city, such as graduates starting their careers, Union CoLiving apartments provide a platform for young professionals to thrive. Located centrally, they offer easy access to work, beautifully styled apartments, co-working spaces, and social hubs. We are expanding our Day Concierge team with an experienced, customer-focused professional to deliver a luxury, home-from-home experience for our residents.

Your responsibilities include providing exceptional and personalized service to residents by anticipating their needs, offering information on local attractions, and handling enquiries to ensure a seamless and positive experience:

1. Front of House / Reception: greet and welcome residents and guests with a warm, friendly, and vibrant attitude.
2. Manage room turnarounds, check-ins, and check-outs.
3. Be available for questions and support.
4. Ensure facilities are maintained respectfully by residents and guests.
5. Deliver solutions to issues or challenges that may arise.

Additional Responsibilities: Our Concierge team handles various tasks, including:

1. Maintaining the upkeep of our premium site and facilities; communal areas must be kept clean and well-maintained.
2. Conducting block walks every 4-6 hours to survey and report on the building's condition.
3. Replenishing refreshment stocks such as coffee beans, tea bags, milk, and vending machine products.
4. Acting as a point of contact for incidents or emergencies onsite.
5. Managing and storing parcels correctly for easy resident access.
6. Maintaining waste management areas in accordance with health and safety regulations, addressing hazards as needed.

Who we want to join our team

Professional Experience

• An experienced customer service professional, adept at delivering premium experiences to residents and guests.
• Previous concierge experience is advantageous.
• While not professional cleaners, candidates should demonstrate a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness and safety in communal areas.
• Technologically savvy, capable of supporting operations with various systems and software.

Personal Characteristics

• Ability to work in a multicultural environment, respecting diverse backgrounds and beliefs, delivering a fair and inclusive approach.
• Excellent communication skills; multilingual abilities are a plus.
• Strong organizational and leadership qualities, remaining calm under pressure.
• Adaptability, creativity, positivity, resilience, and the ability to navigate unexpected situations.
• Physical ability to perform tasks involving standing and repetitive movements, with reasonable adjustments if needed.
• Flexibility to work during our 24/7 operation, including holidays and special occasions, to ensure continuous resident service.
