Job summary

A childcare facility in Magherafelt is seeking a qualified Room Leader to manage the day-to-day operations of their room, ensure a safe learning environment, and support the team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of relevant experience and a Level 3 childcare qualification. Job description

The Room Leader is a qualified childcare professional with responsibility for the day-to-day running of their room, caring for children, maintaining a high-quality, stimulating learning environment, supervising staff, and imparting their knowledge and skills to others. The Room Leader should act in a supportive role to the Manager/Deputy Manager, contributing to ideas and overall development of the setting.
