Our Southampton Living Well (SLW) day care service offers older people the chance to get out of the house, enjoy company, and participate in activities and fun.
We are recruiting for a bank Day Care Assistant (Community Enabler) to cover staff absences and annual leave at our Shirley and Woolston Day Centres.
Are you friendly, compassionate, and dedicated? If so, you might be perfect for our Community Enabler role. You will join a team of carers ensuring our customers receive the support they need.
We value personality and passion over formal education. Caring experience is a plus, but the right attitude and values are most important. You will be supported by your colleagues and the wider Social Care in Action team.
