Job summary

LA International is seeking an experienced DataStage Data Engineer in London to design, develop, and maintain ETL pipelines and data migration solutions within a large-scale enterprise setting.

You will work with architects and stakeholders to deliver robust data platforms, including data warehousing on AWS and DevSecOps-enabled deployments, using Java and SQL for high-quality code and data models.

Qualifications

• Strong IBM DataStage experience in a data integration context.
• Proven ETL development and data migration capabilities.
• Experience designing and supporting enterprise data warehouses.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL and data migration solutions using IBM DataStage.
• Build and optimise batch and real-time data integration pipelines.
• Develop and enhance data warehouse solutions for performance and scalability.
• Design data solutions using AWS services (Redshift, S3, QuickSight).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data needs into solutions.
• Support secure and automated deployment practices with DevSecOps.
