Job summary

LA International Computer Consultants Ltd is seeking an experienced Data Warehouse Developer to support a UK Government digital transformation project. The remote 12-month contract requires SC clearance and falls Inside IR35.

The role focuses on designing, developing and maintaining data warehouse and data engineering solutions, building ETL processes with IBM DataStage, and optimizing Oracle data structures within a secure environment.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Data Warehouse Development and Data Engineering.
• Proven expertise in ETL development and data integration methodologies.

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Data Warehouse Developer to support a major consulting-led digital transformation programme for a UK Public Sector Government client. The successful contractor will play a key role in the design, development, and maintenance of data warehouse and data engineering solutions, ensuring the efficient integration, transformation, and management of large-scale data sets within a secure environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support enterprise-scale data warehouse solutions.
• Build, maintain, and optimise ETL processes for data extraction, transformation, and loading.
• Develop and enhance data integration workflows using IBM DataStage.
• Work with Oracle databases to manage, query, and optimise data structures and performance.
