Database Manager

***DATABASE MANAGER***
Due to growth, our clients have created a new role for a business-savvy CRM Database Manager to manage all aspects of their CRM database.
You will be working closely with the sales team to provide them with a clean database to work from.
Note this is an office-based, permanent part-time role for either 3 full days (Tues, Thurs, Fri) or Mon - Fri 9am-3pm.
Salary: £28K pro rata.

Key responsibilities for the Database Manager include:

• Maintaining & cleansing the database
• Developing and processing existing records
• Importing/exporting data to and from the CRM system
• Adding leads to the database and creating activities for the telemarketing team
• Analysing & monitoring call data
• Creating telemarketing campaigns for the telemarketing team
• Managing incoming data requests from the telemarketing team
• Ensuring data integrity
• Troubleshooting CRM database issues
• Monitoring telephony activity, reporting, and feedback

The ideal Database Manager will need:

• Previous experience of using or managing CRM systems
• Excellent PC skills essential along with strong attention to detail
• Commercially minded with an analytical approach
• Confident verbal/written communication skills are a must
• An understanding or experience of the commercial property industry would be advantageous but not essential
