About Our Client
My client, a dedicated non-profit organisation based close to Sandhurst
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update the donor database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Support the fundraising team with data management, reporting, and analysis.
- Process donations and assist with the coordination of fundraising campaigns.
- Provide general administrative support, including scheduling meetings and handling correspondence.
- Assist with donor communications, mailings, and event logistics.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR and other relevant data protection regulations.
The Successful Applicant
Key Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role, with a strong administrative skillset.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Experience with CRM systems is desirable, but not essential.
- A proactive, positive attitude with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
