About Our Client

My client, a dedicated non-profit organisation based close to Sandhurst

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update the donor database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Support the fundraising team with data management, reporting, and analysis.
  • Process donations and assist with the coordination of fundraising campaigns.
  • Provide general administrative support, including scheduling meetings and handling correspondence.
  • Assist with donor communications, mailings, and event logistics.
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR and other relevant data protection regulations.

The Successful Applicant

Key Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role, with a strong administrative skillset.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Experience with CRM systems is desirable, but not essential.
  • A proactive, positive attitude with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
