A global technology distributor is seeking a Database Administrator to manage its extensive SQL Server database environment. The ideal candidate will have strong SQL Server administration skills and be involved in incident and change management. Job Summary:
You will be working within a team of DBAs supporting an extensive global SQL server database estate leveraging multiple Microsoft technologies. Your main duties will be to provide the full range of database administration services in a complex database environment and deliver excellent support for the SQL Server estate. You will also be working alongside development and infrastructure teams to support the delivery of projects, deployments, releases, incident resolution and consult in your areas of expertise. We are also early on in our cloud technology adoption which will present many opportunities for you going forwards.
This is a flexible, hybrid working role giving you the work life balance to work from home and from the office. You will be able to manage your own diary in regards to on-site office time in Leeds, but will be required to be on-site minimum 3 days.
