Job description

Responsible for regularly updating and maintaining the online product inventory, including new arrivals, out-of-stock items, price changes, and promotions. Ensure accurate product details such as name, ingredients, benefits, price, and availability are displayed for customer reference. Update website banners, landing pages, and special offers. Track key website metrics, such as sales trends, customer inquiries, and conversion rates, and generate reports for management. Coordinate with developers to resolve technical issues, monitor the website for bugs or downtime, and implement backup and recovery procedures. Manage user-generated data, including customer reviews, inquiries, and accounts. Ensure the security of sensitive customer information, including payment data and transaction history, is a key responsibility.
