Job summary

Health Education and Improvement Wales (HEIW) invites applications for the Data Warehouse Manager (Band 7) based in Cardiff. You will lead the design, implementation and ongoing development of HEIW's workforce data warehouse, steering a secure, scalable platform to support workforce planning and organisational performance.

The role requires expert SQL database architecture, data governance and cloud migration experience, with leadership of the Data Warehouse team and collaboration across NHS

Qualifications

• Experience designing and leading data warehouse solutions.
• Strong data governance, GDPR and information governance knowledge.
• Ability to work with stakeholders across NHS Wales and partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development and management of HEIW's workforce data warehouse.
• Ensure secure, reliable and scalable platform for workforce planning and reporting.
• Provide expert analysis, dashboards and reports for forecasting and planning.
• Lead and develop the Data Warehouse team and drive continuous improvement.
