We’re hiring a Manager of Reporting and Insights on a 12 month FTC as part of our Carat team in London.
Purpose of the Role
Carat is the global media agency servicing Microsoft across 70+ markets worldwide. A dynamic and progressive company, Microsoft are the world's most valuable listed company in 2024 and worth over $3tr and one of Dentsu’s most valuable clients. Agility, Collaboration and Innovation are key areas of focus around how they work and expect others to work and thus share many values with Carat in a relationship now well into its 10th year.
Whilst within the EMEA region Germany and France also deliver significant Corporate funded Microsoft campaigns, the UK is the second largest Market to the US and the UK is looked to for leadership, excellence and learning particularly within EMEA where many markets also deliver campaigns with local budgets. Within the UK we also assist with the delivery and quality of EMEA input into global reporting.
Our UK teamwork across the Microsoft product ecosystem and in addition to brand led innovation focused campaigns work across XBox, Windows, Surface, Office and Commercial (business) to name a few.
Key Responsibilities
We are now looking for a Supervisor to work on Microsoft as a maternity cover FTC for 12 months until June 2025. The Supervisor's role is managerial, but also one of agency leadership, to manage the processes and people responsible for accurate data collection, processing, cleansing, reporting, and analysis. Working closely with the media teams to ensure that the right measurement strategies and “test and learn” plans are in place; the Supervisor is ultimately responsible for the quality and timeliness of work being delivered to our client.
Qualifications + Skills
We're looking for a high-energy collaborator who is experienced working across complex pieces of business. The candidate is required to have proven experience building strong relationships with both internal teams and clients. With business acumen and client charisma the candidate will navigate and understand the client's culture, business objectives, and media strategy, and will have an appetite for innovation.
