Job summary

The Specialist Works Group is seeking a Data Visualisation Executive to join a dynamic media activation team. You will oversee the integrity and evolution of our reporting and attribution platforms, building dashboards primarily in Adverity and consolidating data from multiple marketing platforms.

You'll work with the data team and channel specialists to ensure accuracy, structure and readability, supporting clients through onboarding and ensuring data quality across reports.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years’ hands‑on experience with a data visualisation platform (Adverity preferred).
• Strong eye for clear dashboards and data storytelling.
• Experience with marketing or media data and common metrics.
• Attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Ability to explain charts in plain English to non-specialists.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain and improve client dashboards and reports, primarily in Adverity.
• Pull together data from multiple marketing platforms into clear visual outputs.
• Collaborate with channel specialists to understand client needs and why.
• Check data behind reports and question inconsistencies.
• Support onboarding and help clients get value from dashboards.
• Maintain consistent, well-presented reporting across the agency.
• Suggest better ways to visualise data as you learn what lands with clients.
• Work in a friendly but assertive way with colleagues, suppliers and clients to get things done to our standard.
