Job Purpose

The Business Change Team provides programme, project and change management support, along with business and process analysis. They lead the design, implementation, and embedding of change across the business to achieve strategic objectives. The team focuses on delivering business change, including implementing new systems, operating environments, organizational structures, and developing strategies and processes.

The Dashboards and Data Analyst will support capacity planning across the organization, initially focusing on the Operations team. They will work with teams to ensure processes are cost-effective and efficient, addressing business problems.

What you'll do

You will be responsible for:

• Handling a range of projects from enhancements and small changes to large-scale initiatives.
• Assessing requirements from Business Analysts, Agile Delivery Managers, and team members to inform design.
• Designing data solutions leveraging platforms like MySQL, PostgreSQL, SharePoint, and other internal or AWS-hosted sources.
• Integrating data solutions into our AWS environment, configuring data flows and PowerBI gateways.
• Developing data solutions to meet business needs, including integration, prototyping, deployment, and testing.
• Building tools and platforms such as Java web frameworks, application delivery platforms, and PowerApps.
• Managing CI pipelines to support applications.
• Reviewing and designing data flows and storage methods.
• Optimizing data access and query performance across systems.
• Working across teams to integrate legacy databases, on-premises databases, and other data stacks.

Developing strong relationships with stakeholders is key to success.

• Strong PowerBI expertise.
