We’re hiring a Data & Technology Lead who’s ready to define, lead, and execute our data strategy, while building and delivering with a globally distributed team.

What you’ll do:

• Define, lead, and execute the data science strategy across product, platform, and operations
• Build, manage, and deliver with diverse technical teams across the UK, India, Brazil, and the US
• Personally lead the development and rollout of ML models in production, from fleet optimization and demand prediction to pricing and routing
• Work shoulder-to-shoulder with engineering and operations to operationalize insights and build feedback loops
• Own technology & data infrastructure, and model lifecycle practices: design, build, QA, monitor, and iterate
• Build a strong delivery cadence, set technical priorities, and clear blockers to keep teams moving fast
• Translate between business needs and analytical approaches, and roll up your sleeves to bridge gaps when needed

Who you are:

• 6+ years of experience in data science and technology, with at least 2 years building and leading high-performing teams
• Comfortable being hands-on and going deep technically while driving team execution at scale
• Experienced in deploying machine learning models in real-world, time-sensitive environments
• Strong Python and SQL skills, and fluency in modern ML tooling and data infrastructure
• Excellent problem-solver with strong instincts for operational systems
• Clear communicator who can navigate ambiguity and drive clarity across functions
• Background in ride hailing, mobility, logistics, or dynamic marketplaces is a plus
• Build and run the data engine behind a fully integrated, zero-emission mobility platform
• Work in a fast-paced, in-person team that values execution, ownership, and collaboration
