We are seeking a Data Technician based in Derby within the Digital Services area to support the delivery of documentation and data services to the UK rail industry.
Digital Services manages, stores, and provides controlled access to documentation for key railway customers, mainly through a large database accessible via a web portal across the UK rail industry.
The Data Technician will undertake tasks to meet customer commitments and comply with relevant standards and deadlines. Reporting to the Digital Services Team Leader, the role involves developing relationships within the team and with customers, providing guidance on data records, and ensuring accurate data input and maintenance according to procedures.
