Job summary

Starcom is hiring a Data & Tech Manager to shape how major snack brands use data, technology and media to grow. You’ll work with client teams, solve complex challenges and influence decisions with a global team of 70+ markets across media, data, technology and production.

You’ll partner with clients, build strong stakeholder relationships and turn data into actionable insights that drive business impact.

Qualifications

• Experience managing clients within an agency, consultancy or digital marketing environment.
• Confidence working with large datasets and Power BI.
• Good understanding of data, technology and how digital solutions support business goals.
• Knowledge of digital media channels and platforms, including Adtech and Martech.
• Ability to work across different teams and bring people together to solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the client teams to shape data and technology solutions that support business growth.
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders across digital marketing, media, measurement and Martech.
• Turn complex data into clear reporting and insights that help teams make better decisions.
• Improve shared datasets, reporting tools and ways of working across the business.
• Work with media, engineering and data specialists to develop new solutions and measurement approaches.
