Qualifications

• Deep experience as an internal talent partner hiring Data Science, Data Engineering and Bioinformatics in a fast-paced tech environment.
• Led candidate searches and launched initial candidate lists using multiple sourcing channels.
• Advised managers on hiring strategies and collaborated with data stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior Data leaders to develop and implement talent acquisition strategies.
• Source and engage passive candidates to build robust pipelines.
• Stay ahead of trends in technical recruitment and industry practices.
• Use data and analytics to inform strategies and track progress.
• Deliver an excellent candidate experience from application to offer.
• Collaborate with People Partners, TPMs and hiring teams on onboarding.
• Lead projects like employer branding, events, interview training, and reporting.
