Job summary

Isomorphic Labs (IsoLabs) is hiring a Talent Partner (Data) to drive rapid growth in data science, data engineering and bioinformatics hiring. You will partner with senior Data leaders, build robust candidate pipelines, and lead data-driven recruitment initiatives in a hybrid work model.

You’ll collaborate with People Partners, TPMs, and hiring teams to shape hiring strategies, enhance candidate experiences, and contribute to employer branding and events.

Qualifications

• Internal talent partner with data science, data engineering and bioinformatics hiring experience.
• Led organisation and launch of candidate searches and built initial candidate lists.
• Advised with managers on hiring strategies and supported data stakeholders.
• Strong relationship builder with hiring teams and stakeholders.
• Data-driven recruitment and cross-functional reporting.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior Data leaders to develop talent acquisition strategies.
• Source and engage passive candidates to build robust pipelines.
• Stay ahead of recruitment trends and best practices in data fields.
• Utilise data and analytics to inform recruitment and track progress.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience from application to offer.
• Master sourcing techniques across social channels and events.
• Collaborate with People Partners, TPMs, and hiring teams on decisions and onboarding.
• Lead recruitment projects such as employer branding and events.
