We're working with one of the UK's Top 100 companies to work for to find a skilled Data & Systems Administrator to join their team.

This is a great chance to contribute to a hospitality business that puts genuine care, quality food, and strong values at the centre of everything they do. You'll play a crucial part in maintaining and optimising core systems that help the team operate at their best.

What you'll be doing:

• Managing the administration and optimisation of EPOS and stock systems
• Supporting teams with accurate data on price lists, suppliers, and stock items
• Administering menus, pricing, and promotions across systems
• Resolving technical issues with providers and internal users
• Maintaining security protocols and access controls
• Supporting cross-functional teams with training and day-to-day use

What you'll bring:

• Experience in data analysis, systems admin, and IT support (hospitality or retail preferred)
• Strong knowledge of EPOS and stock systems (ideally Procure Wizard)
• Ability to troubleshoot, improve processes, and support operational workflows
• Experience managing user access and ensuring compliance
• A collaborative mindset and great communication skills
