As part of the Alpine long-term plan to compete in the World Endurance Championship (WEC), we are looking to add talented individuals to our team who are motivated to contribute significantly to our pursuit of excellence.
Within the Trackside Engineering Team, we have a rare opportunity for a Senior Performance Engineer.
Reporting to the Head of Trackside Engineering, the Data System Engineer will manage all activities related to data, IHM (Interface Human-Machine), and the car's global reliability. The role involves working with mechanics on sensor calibration, EBS bleeding, and managing energy and fuel during races. The engineer will also oversee fuel capacity and weight management.
The successful candidate will hold an engineering or relevant degree and have a strong understanding of racing car systems. Proficiency in data software and some programming knowledge to automate analysis tools is required. The candidate must enjoy working under pressure and be able to collaborate effectively with engineers on one car.
