Within the Trackside Engineering Team, we have a rare opportunity for a Senior Performance Engineer.
Reporting to the Head of Trackside Engineering, the Data System Engineer will manage all activities related to data, IHM (Interface Human-Machine), and the global reliability of the car. This includes involvement in processes and coordination with mechanics (sensor calibration, EBS bleeding, etc.). While running, the engineer manages energy and fuel aspects and is responsible for fuel capacity and weight management.
The successful candidate will hold an engineering or relevant degree and have a strong understanding of the system and overall functioning of a racing car. They should be proficient with data software and have some programming knowledge to automate analysis tools. The role involves direct engagement with engineers on one car, and the candidate must handle the pressure of racing well.
