Within the Trackside Engineering Team, we have a rare opportunity for a Senior Performance Engineer.
Reporting to the Head of Trackside Engineering, the Data System Engineer will manage all activities related to data, IHM (interface human-machine), and the global reliability of the car. This role involves working closely with mechanics on sensor calibration, EBS bleeding, and other processes. During races, the engineer manages energy and fuel aspects, including fuel capacity and weight management.
The successful candidate will hold an engineering or relevant degree and have a strong understanding of system operations and the functioning of racing cars. They must be proficient in data software and possess some programming knowledge to automate analysis tools. They will work directly with engineers on one car and should thrive under the pressure of racing environments.
