As part of the Alpine long-term plan to compete in the World Endurance Championship (WEC), we are looking to add talented individuals to our team who are motivated to contribute to our pursuit of excellence.
Within the Trackside Engineering Team, we have a rare opportunity for a Senior Performance Engineer.
Reporting to the Head of Trackside Engineering, the Data System Engineer will manage all activities related to data, IHM (interface human-machine), and the global reliability of the car. The role involves working with mechanics on sensor calibration, EBS bleeding, and other processes. During races, they will manage energy and fuel aspects, including fuel capacity and weight management.
The successful candidate will hold an engineering or relevant degree and have a strong understanding of racing car systems. They should be proficient with data software and have some programming knowledge to automate analysis tools. The candidate must enjoy working under pressure and collaborating with engineers on one car.
