Accenture in London and other UK hubs seeks a Data Strategy & Platforms Associate Manager to lead teams shaping customer-centric data strategies across marketing, sales and service. You’ll architect scalable data platform solutions, drive customer 360 initiatives and oversee complex programs with senior clients.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, define KPIs, and guide data product roadmaps, with strong emphasis on Martech ecosystems and cloud data platforms.

Qualificações

• Experience in Customer Data Strategy, Martech, CRM or Data Transformation roles.
• Hands-on experience with CDP, CRM, PIM, DAM, CMS, and Marketing Automation platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Martech ecosystems and analytics.

Responsabilidades

• Lead enterprise Data Strategies across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience.
• Lead data product strategy, roadmaps, and value realisation.
• Own the definition and prioritisation of customer data products and use-case roadmaps.
• Define integration patterns between Customer and Marketing data platforms (CDPs, CRM, PIM, DAM, CMS).
• Manage multi-disciplinary teams of consultants, architects, analysts, and client stakeholders.
• Oversee delivery quality and alignment between business objectives and technical execution.
• Partner with architects to define scalable, cloud-native data architectures for customer 360.
• Act as senior advisor to client stakeholders and measure KPI-driven value.
• Facilitate workshops and cross-functional alignment; manage risk and client satisfaction.
