Data Strategy & Advisory Leader - Wealth & Asset Management

Capco UK is seeking a Data Strategy & Advisory Leader (Managing Principal level) to join our London team. Your Role

You will lead our Data Practice in Wealth & Asset Management, helping to develop and grow our data advisory services for top-tier clients. Your responsibilities include driving business development, shaping data propositions, and leading a team of data practitioners to deliver impactful solutions.

Key responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and client proposals
• Build and maintain client relationships, including at the C-suite level
• Shape and deliver data strategies and solutions for Wealth & Asset Management clients
• Lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams
• Drive growth and market presence of the Data Practice

Skills and Experience

Candidates should have:

• 8+ years in data consulting, with at least 5 years in Wealth & Asset Management
• Experience advising senior executives and shaping enterprise data strategies
• Strong business development skills and a track record of building client relationships
• Deep knowledge of Data Strategy, Data Management, and Data Analytics, with familiarity of methodologies like DAMA DMBOK, DCAM, or CDMC
• Understanding of the full data ecosystem and technical and business aspects
• Leadership experience in managing teams and delivering large projects
