Your Role

We are seeking an Energy Data Strategy & Advisory Director to grow our Data Practice in the Energy domain. You will be a recognized authority in Energy data, with experience in building and leading Energy data advisory consulting. You will direct and collaborate with multidisciplinary data teams to develop new business and deliver data strategies for top-tier clients in Energy and Financial Services. Your role includes business development, developing client proposals, and shaping data propositions to solve Energy data challenges.

You will help develop the UK Data Practice in partnership with the Energy team on industry-changing topics. You will empower the team, drive standards, and ensure customer-focused outcomes.

As a leader, you will drive the commercial growth of our Data Practice, manage client relationships, and lead large teams to deliver diverse outcomes such as enabling digital transformation, defining data strategies, uplifting data literacy, and embedding data management frameworks.

Your Skills and Experience

You should have a passion for data and a proven track record in driving data change to enable business outcomes. Most of the following qualifications are required:

• 8+ years in data consulting, with at least 5 years in Energy
• Experience providing deep Energy data advisory at C-suite level
• Experience partnering with financial institutions on data strategies
• Strong business development skills and client relationship management
• Deep understanding of Data Strategy, Data Management, and Data Analytics principles
• Knowledge of Data Management methodologies (e.g., DAMA DMBOK, DCAM, CDMC)
• Understanding of the end-to-end data ecosystem
• Ability to manage teams and deliver large projects
