Job role - Data Stewardship

Location - Pune/Noida (Hybrid)

Total years of Experience - 3 to 5

Key Responsibilities:

Build and lead a team of data stewards to support the organization's data

management needs

Collaborate with product teams to understand their data needs and provide data

knowledge and guidance to support product development and testing

Develop and maintain data standards, policies, and procedures to ensure data

quality and consistency

Identify and resolve data quality issues, and implement corrective actions to

prevent recurrence

Develop and maintain data catalogs, data dictionaries, and other data

documentation to support data discovery and understanding

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in data stewardship in any domain

Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and data management

principles and practices

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong understanding of data standards, policies, and procedures

Experience with data profiling, data quality metrics, and data validation

techniques

Familiarity with data governance tools and technologies, such as data catalogs

and metadata management systems

Familiarity with data governance frameworks and regulations (e.g. GDPR,

HIPAA)

Understanding of data security and access control principles
