Job summary

Pertemps Managed Solutions is recruiting a Data Management Officer on a fixed-term contract in Cardiff. The role supports a Protected Sites Programme, focusing on data quality, reporting and system improvements while working in a hybrid setup.

You will maintain the database, produce reports in Power BI, and collaborate with ICT teams and stakeholders to enhance data processes until 31 March 2027.

Qualifications

• Experience in data management or data administration.
• Proficiency with Power BI for reporting and insights.
• Strong data quality and governance understanding.
• Excellent organization and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve the Protected Sites database, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
• Produce and distribute reports and performance metrics.
• Develop reporting capabilities using Power BI.
• Provide data quality assurance and resolve data issues with stakeholders.
• Offer user support, guidance and training; update system documentation.
