Job summary

Roche Products Ltd. is seeking a Data Steward within the Real-World & Clinical Data Strategy (RWCDS) function to bridge technical data execution with business strategy.

You will ensure internal clinical, real-world and operational data remain accurate, accessible, and trustworthy across the Product Development lifecycle. You will collaborate with global teams to map data to business models, maintain data lineage, and support compliant data lifecycle management in line with GDPR/privacy

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Bioinformatics, Information Management, or Life Sciences.
• Strong in data governance, data stewardship, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with data quality, metadata, and master data concepts.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enrich data catalogs, dictionaries and metadata across key data domains.
• Support Master Data solutions and reference data across global platforms.
• Map data to business processes and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
