We are looking for a Data Steward for CRM initiatives to join our International Family and Professional Care segment and oversee customer data quality and governance to unlock CRM utilization and outcomes. The role’s purpose is to ensure data analytics power every IFP decision through trusted analytics and insights, enabling data-driven decision making at a strategic level.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Facilitate a customer experience (CX) transformation initiative by overseeing customer data quality and governance for a new unified CRM system.
  • Partner with global, IFP, and Digital Technology Solutions teams to understand value drivers and define a future-state data model supporting standardized CX processes, customer definitions, and data sources.
  • Lead CRM Data Governance efforts: establish and enforce data quality standards globally, working with IFP CRM data leads to implement, maintain, and adjust as needed.
  • Influence strategic decisions related to customer data, CRM functionalities, usage, and outcomes.

  • Proven experience in data infrastructure and/or data management.
  • Deep understanding of CRM data and its utilization to drive business outcomes.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, capable of aligning internal and external partners.
  • Experience working in Agile environments.
  • Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to influence across a matrix organization.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with senior leaders in a concise and persuasive manner.

This person should also be able to prioritize issues and opportunities, allocate resources, and manage effectively in a matrix environment.
