Data Solutions Partner / Data Business Analyst – Investment Management (Private Markets)

Our client, a leading Asset Management company, is seeking a Data Solutions Partner to support the Private Markets business within the Chief Data Office. The role offers a salary of £90,000 per annum plus bonus and benefits.

The successful candidate will lead data solution design activities, ensuring data is a key enabler in solution design and operating models. Responsibilities include engaging with business stakeholders to support BAU and change initiatives, understanding business activities and data needs, and supporting adoption of strategic data capabilities, compliance with data policies, and value delivery through data solutions.

Ideal candidates will have recent experience in asset management data analysis and solution design, particularly within Private Credit or Real Estate Equity. They should possess strong knowledge of asset management data domains, data models, vendor landscape, ESG data concepts, and their application in investment products.

Required skills and experience:

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with diverse stakeholders.
• Significant experience in asset management data analysis and solution design.
• Knowledge of asset management data domains and relationships (e.g., Security, Issuers, Accounts, Products, Clients, Trades, Orders, Transactions, Holdings).
• Experience working with data suppliers and outsourcers.
• Understanding of data risk and governance considerations.
• Ability to create data source mappings and present data solution designs.
• Experience designing data flows, architecture, controls, and services.
• Knowledge of data quality dimensions.
