Job summary

Experis - ManpowerGroup is seeking a Data Solution Architect to shape data solutions in an architecture-led role within the Data Architecture & Design team. You will guide design across multiple data projects and drive governance and reusable patterns in a cloud Azure platform.

The contract role (6 months with potential extension) focuses on Personalisation and enterprise-ready data pipelines, working with cross-functional teams to influence design decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience in Data Solution Architecture or data engineering with DS inputs/outputs.
• Ability to manage stakeholders effectively and constructively.
• Ability to translate complex concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Understanding of data platforms/data lakes and production-ready DS outputs.
• Collaborative, governance-focused approach with reusable patterns.

Responsibilities

• Provide architecture and design guidance across a portfolio of data projects.
• Guide functional design for data solutions and produce artefacts for engineering teams.
• Introduce reusable patterns within cloud-hosted Azure data platform.
• Assess change impacts on the data estate and shape solution options.
• Support governance, resilience, and visibility of data pipelines.
• Collaborate with Product, Data Governance, Analytics, Security and other architects.
• Help shape 3, 6, and 12-month solution roadmaps with stakeholders.
