Job Summary:

The Data Solution Architect is a senior role responsible for designing SDT solutions that meet customer needs, working with practice management and SDT/Data teams from pre-sales to delivery and aftercare.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Data Management teams, project teams, and third-party providers to design, implement, and ensure quality of our Data Migration technology, including the Natuvion DCS tool.
• Support the growth of SDT teams by improving methodology, knowledge, and delivery speed.
• Oversee SDT delivery quality across onshore, nearshore, offshore, and third-party resources.
• Assist Data Management leadership in pre-sales, project scoping, and defining project roadmaps and commercial offerings.
• Lead and facilitate detailed workshops for the Data workstream.
• Deliver customer roadmap, scope, and knowledge sessions, ensuring clarity on SDT value realization.
• Act as the Data Migration design authority and generate consulting revenue.
• Stay updated on SDT technologies and share knowledge to enhance business processes.
• Support Data Migration Consultants hands-on if needed.
• Lead data health check workshops and develop improvement roadmaps.
• Identify and support opportunities for repeat and extended data services business.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Strong expertise in Selective Data Transformation and Data Migration.
• Proven ability to lead Data Migration teams through complex SAP projects, delivering value.
• Effective communicator, influencer, and trusted advisor.
• Track record of successful project delivery and complex architecture solutions.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders globally.
• Demonstrates integrity, results-driven, and inspiring personality.
• Experience across various SAP projects, including S/4HANA conversions and data quality initiatives.
• Broad ABAP experience with deep knowledge of SAP data structures and logic.
