Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled professional for the role of Talent Acquisition-UK Delivery at Ubique Systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data management and enterprise data architecture, with experience in leading data platform projects and implementing data governance frameworks.

Required Skills and Experience:

1. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or Data Management-related fields.
2. Proven experience in enterprise data platform architecture and practical application.
3. Knowledge of conceptual and logical data modelling technologies.
4. Experience in defining and managing information and data regulatory governances.
5. Blend of data/information architecture, analysis, and engineering skills.
6. Familiarity with industry IT architectural patterns and methodologies such as FAIR data principles and Data Mesh.
7. Understanding of data structures, technology choices based on business use cases, and data lifecycle management.
8. Practical experience in designing data engineering and architectural blueprints that are implemented successfully.
9. Experience with Information and Data Governance frameworks in a commercial setting.
10. Knowledge of Data Platforms, cloud-based containerization, and hybrid cloud environments.
11. Proficiency with tooling such as metadata cataloguing, data modelling, and EA tools.
12. Familiarity with Data Mesh concepts (distinct from Data Fabric or Data Platform approaches).
13. Experience working in matrix environments with multiple stakeholder groups.
14. Experience in the Pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
