Prima is seeking a Data Software Engineer to join our Claims team, shaping data products and analytics platforms. You’ll design scalable data pipelines, collaborate with data scientists, and enable teams to ingest, store, and serve data across the business.

Qualifications

• Experience building data analytics and data science data products.
• Strong Python and software engineering practices.
• Experience with data warehousing and relational SQL.
• Experience with cloud-based big data platforms (AWS).

Responsibilities

• Shaping the architecture of data products for analytics and data science use cases.
• Leading data transformation with best practices in data modelling, performance optimisation and governance.
• Build reusable tech to ingest, store, transform and serve data products.
• Collaborate with data scientists and ML engineers to refine data requirements.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and participate in community activities.
• Ensure continuous assessment of data quality with stakeholders.
