Job summary

Une opportunité passionnante se présente pour un Coach en Compétences des Données au sein d'un fournisseur de formation renommé à Cardiff. Le rôle consiste à accompagner les apprentis tout au long de leur parcours d'apprentissage, incluant le suivi de leurs progrès et la préparation pour les évaluations de fin de cursus. Ce poste requiert une solide expérience en coaching ainsi qu'une expertise en analyse de données, idéale pour ceux désireux de contribuer à la formation de la prochaine génération de professionnels.

Qualifications

• Expérience en coaching d'apprentis à travers une formation niveau 4 en Analyse de Données.
• Au moins 1 an d'expérience dans un rôle lié aux données.

Responsibilities

• Soutenir et développer les apprentis à travers les standards d'apprentissage.
• Travailler avec l'employeur pour développer des plans pour les évaluations.

Job Description:

SLS Recruitment are working with a leading Training Provider who have a new opportunity for Data Skills Coach to join their team! As a Data Coach you will be responsible for the support and development of apprentices through the Apprenticeship Standards, tracking their progression through the apprenticeship journey. You will work alongside the employer to develop the plans for how and when the on-programme and end-point assessments will be delivered and assess the apprentices progress towards the development of their knowledge, skills, and behaviours.

Key Technical Skills required:

• YOU MUST have experience of coaching apprentices through a level 4 Data Analysis apprenticeship
• YOU MUST have at least a level 3 teaching or assessing qualification and relevant qualification in Data, ideally at degree level.
• Experience in a Data related role for a minimum of 1 year is essential or any other relevant industry experience
• Knowledge and experience of using either SQL, Python or R is essential
