Job summary

Just Eat Takeaway.com is seeking a Data Security Specialist to engineer controls safeguarding sensitive data across cloud-native and enterprise environments. You will translate architectural data security standards into scalable implementations from DLP platforms to encryption pipelines, embedding Privacy and Security by Design into engineering delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience building data security controls in cloud-native or enterprise environments.
• Strong automation and scripting skills in Python and Bash/Shell.
• Ability to translate governance policies into automated guardrails and CI/CD gates.

Responsibilities

• Oversee deployment and daily management of Enterprise DLP and encryption solutions across network, cloud, endpoint, and AI environments to protect data at rest, in transit, and in use.
• Manage automated data discovery pipelines and extend controls to AI-enabled environments.
• Embed data protection controls, cryptography, and IaC baselines into CI/CD workflows.
