Data Scientist - Up to £150k - Python, SQL, Azure, Databricks

5 days a week in Newcastle

Minimum 2.1 from a Russell Group University

A key client of OB, a pioneering venture providing technology consulting services to the financial and investment markets, is looking to hire experienced Data Scientists for their engineering team.

Key Skills and Experience:

• Strong academic background (minimum 2.1 from a Russell Group University) in Computer Science or related field, with 3 A's at A-Level or equivalent
• Commercial experience in Data Science or related fields
• Proficiency in Python and SQL
• Knowledge of Azure and Databricks
• Experience in Financial Services (beneficial but not essential)

This role is based in Newcastle City Centre. Candidates are required to work in the office 5 days a week. The salary ranges from £50k to £150k depending on skills and experience. UK residency is mandatory as sponsorship is unavailable.
