You will work in a hybrid setup, collaborating with business partners and cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven solutions that support growth and risk management.

Qualifications

• Strong grounding in probability and statistics; ML and large data handling.
• Familiarity with Open Banking or Credit Bureau data.
• Proficient in Python; adaptable to new languages.
• Experience with Model Risk Management; documentation and validation.
• Curious, proactive, able to influence cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the models used by underwriting programs.
• Explore data using advanced feature generation and categorisation techniques.
• Consult on complex statistical test design to learn new market areas.
