You’ll play a key role in:

Building and testing predictive models using Python and Databricks

Exploring and integrating external data enrichments

Contributing to model validation and peer code reviews

Supporting pricing decisions that directly impact business growth and profitability

Ideal candidate

2–8 years of experience in general insurance pricing (personal lines preferred)

Strong Python skills for modelling, data manipulation, and code quality
