Pfizer is seeking a Data Scientist apprentice who can support the Systems and Process Manager (SPM) function within Global Supply Chain UK.

Qualification Requirements

  • 5 GCSEs at grades C/4 or above (or equivalent qualifications) including; minimum grade 5 Mathematics and minimum grade 4 English Language

Plus:

  • BBB-BBC at A-Level, with B in Maths. A Statistics qualification in addition would be preferable.(We will not accept A-Levels Citizenship Skills, General Studies, and Critical Thinking). OR;
  • Level 4 Data Analyst apprenticeship at Distinction

Salary - £20,500 per annum

Job Description

This role will support the Systems and Process Manager (SPM) function within Global Supply Chain UK. The SPM function, effectively manages, co-ordinates and support all aspects of Supply and Inventory Processes within SAP platform. SPM team is responsible for overseeing and optimizing systems and processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across the organization. The role also involves cross functional collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to implement and optimise systems that support the supply chain processes.

As Data Science Apprentice, you will bring digital and data analytics methodologies together with industry best practice to actively support SPM and the broader Supply Chain function within the UK business, aiming to build a digital transformation framework and enhancing data literacy within SPM and Supply Chain teams.
