Qualifications

• Has natural curiosity for data and passion to research real-life problems with data and modern technologies.
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively.
• Strong track record of developing and deploying statistical and machine learning models (supervised and unsupervised).
• Essential – Python expertise, SQL, Big Data (Spark), BI tools like Tableau/Power BI.
• Modern software development toolkit including Git, code reviews, Feature Stores, CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Act as data domain subject matter expert to influence business decisions.
• Build, develop and deploy data science solutions; establish best practices and compliance.
• Communicate effectively with business stakeholders; shape the narrative and provide clarity on solutions.
• Deliver data science solutions to stakeholders and define next steps.
• Ensure compliance with procedures and maintain audit trails.
• Source and determine data availability from internal and external sources.
• Gather requirements from business units and experiment with data science methodologies.
• Wrangle, manipulate and clean data from multiple sources.
