Salary Range: £100,620 – £111,800 GBP + bonus + equity + full benefits

Seniority Level: Mid-level

You’ll work cross-functionally to shape product strategy through data. This includes experimentation, performance analysis, and helping drive business-critical insights using SQL, Python, and statistical modeling.

• Conduct product performance analyses to answer strategic questions
• Design and evaluate A/B tests to inform product iterations
• Develop and maintain core business metrics
• Enhance data pipelines and collaborate with Data Engineering as needed
• Communicate findings to stakeholders clearly and persuasively

What Coinbase Is Looking For

Minimum Qualifications

• BA/BS in a quantitative field (Math, Stats, CS, Physics, etc.)
• 2+ years of experience in a product data role
• Proficiency with Python for analysis/modeling
• Practical knowledge of A/B testing, causal inference, ML, etc.
• Experience working on iterative product development cycles
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Background in FinTech or crypto is a plus, but not required
• Experience using tools like Airflow, dbt, Looker, or Mode Analytics
• Contributions to scalable analytics platforms or experimentation frameworks
• Examples of driving product decisions through quantifiable metrics
