Harnham - Data & Analytics Recruitment is seeking a Data Scientist in Berkshire on a hybrid basis, 3-4 days in the office. The role focuses on building trusted data foundations, improving data quality and delivering AI and predictive analytics to support decision-making.

You will work with senior stakeholders to develop scalable data models, perform data quality improvements and contribute to a cloud-based data platform, with strong career development in a growing analytics function.

Qualifications

• Strong SQL and data modelling experience.
• Experience with high-quality data and data reconciliation.
• Experience building forecasting or ML models.
• Exposure to Snowflake and Power BI is beneficial.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• STEM degree or quantitative background.

Responsibilities

• Clean, reconcile and standardise data from multiple sources.
• Develop scalable data models to support reporting, analytics and ML.
• Perform entity resolution and fuzzy matching to improve accuracy.
• Build dashboards and reporting solutions for business stakeholders.
• Support AI-driven document processing and automation.
• Develop forecasting and predictive analytics to support planning.
• Work with complex datasets to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Contribute to a modern cloud-based data platform and governance.
