Job Description:

HistologiX Ltd is seeking a Data Scientist/Bioinformatician specializing in Digital Pathology Image Analysis. Based in Nottingham, UK, this role involves supporting cutting-edge research in biopharmaceuticals, monoclonal antibodies, biomarkers, and immuno-oncology treatments, with a focus on digital pathology and image analysis solutions.

Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Coordinate complex projects, ensuring on-time and within-budget completion.
  • Develop deep learning algorithms for tissue segmentation and biomarker quantification.
  • Conduct spatial analyses of tissue features and cell phenotypes.
  • Perform data manipulation, visualization, and statistical analysis; interpret and present data.
  • Collaborate with scientists to optimize image analysis pipelines and SOPs.
  • Maintain quality control and reproducibility standards.
  • Complete study documentation diligently.
  • Manage time effectively to maximize output in a fast-paced environment.
